Loic Moisand, Co-founder and CEO

Loic co-founded Synthesio in 2006 with the original idea of providing marketing and communication departments with monitoring and analytics services tailored for the web.
Loic is an international speaker at social media conferences and events in Europe and the U.S. (Social Media Summit, TechtocTV, Buzz Marketing Vienna, etc.), but when the speaking engagements are done, there’s a good chance you’ll find him skiing with his wife in the French Alps or travelling the world on his latest adventure…
Under his leadership, Synthesio has achieved record breaking growth in revenue and clientele every year since its founding, and opened offices in both the United States and the United Kingdom in 2010 to keep up with growing demand worldwide.
Loic holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School, Paris.

Thibault Hanin, Co-founder and CTO
Thibault has over 10 years experience in web monitoring and crawling.
As CTO of Synthesio, he is truly the brain behind Synthesio’s magic, driving major innovations (recognized by the French Ministry of Research and Development) such as multilingual information retrieval, automated content extraction, data visualization, influencer analytics, and natural language processing.
Thibault holds a MSc in Computer Science from INSA Lyon and a MBA from ESSEC Business School Paris.

Catriona Oldershaw, U.K. Sales Director
Catriona has a track record of working in the Technology and B2B sectors. She has previously held senior account management and marketing roles at Buckingham Design Associates, Metia, AvantGo, and Telecom Mobile in New Zealand.
As Director for the U.K., she is in charge of developing relationships with new and current clients based in the U.K. and exploring partnership opportunities.

Ben Farkas, U.S. Sales Director
Ben has over 7 years’ experience in digital advertising, and is an expert in interactive marketing and social media. Having worked on buzz generating interactive campaigns for global clients such as Verizon Wireless, E*Trade, Purina, GlaxoSmithKline, Bayer Healthcare, Heineken, vitaminwater and many more, he understands the importance of monitoring and engaging with consumers to maintain a brand’s positive online reputation.
Ben is in charge of growing and maintaining a portfolio of key accounts, developing Synthesio’s presence in the U.S, and adapting their offerings to fit U.S. demand as part of our global development strategy.

Olivier Doussot, France Sales Director
Olivier has spent 20 years by clients’ sides. Previously an expert in the luxury travel sector, he has since become deeply involved with new technologies, Electronic Document Management (EDM) and online reputation (ORM) concerns.
Split between Synthesio’s partnership and management responsibilities, he oversees client relations for Synthesio’s key accounts throughout the entire sales process, for both agencies and brands.

Axel de Rougé, COO
Axel oversees the Operations Department at Synthesio, including our research and sourcing teams, and is in charge of developing and managing Synthesio’s multilingual analysts and offshore suppliers. He leads multi-country and qualitative projects for Synthesio’s main accounts.
Prior to joining Synthesio, Axel has been a sports video game producer with a pioneer French company, he then built a video game development studio for a big Japanese player, and headed development of digital content for new generation platforms in Europe.
Axel graduated from Paris IX Dauphine University and EM Lyon School of Management.

Arnaud Masse, Chief Architect
Arnaud has created and continues to develop a scalable social platform that processes, stores and indexes billions of conversations in real time.
Arnaud has over 10 years of hands-on experience with large-scale systems and has been pioneering the methodology for monitoring forums since 2008.
