We are currently experiencing exciting growth within our New York offices. To meet this growth, we are searching for a talented, driven Technical Support Lead to help keep our rapidly growing list of clients happy!
Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver online training to our employees and clients on using our products
Manage technical needs and engage daily with exciting Fortune 500 brands & agency clients
Configure our products according to clients’ requirements
Diagnose, investigate and resolve technical issues
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Track and document recurring customer technical issues
Follow processes and procedures in the event of outages
Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience
Possesses a helpful consultative approach, customer focus and empathy
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal – fluency in English required, Spanish a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with various CRM and social media listening tools
