This week, we turn our focus to Latin America, where COVID-19 cases are growing quickly. So far, over 3.8 million cases and counting have been recorded in the region. Over 2 million cases have originated in Brazil alone, the highest number in the world after the U.S., due to President Bolsonaro downplaying the risks.
