Andrei Postoaca, CEO of Ipsos Synthesio and Ipsos.Digital, is one of the pioneers in online research who built the global Ipsos online capability. Andrei is also in charge of building the DIY business of Ipsos and understanding how digitalization and AI will transform the research industry.
During his free time, Andrei enjoys playing tennis and traveling.
Ben brings 6+ years of experience in the tech industry, developing proven product methodologies to overcome complex challenges. Combining a strong sense of client empathy and sharp business understanding, he is responsible for designing the vision of consumer intelligence SaaS. Ben leads a team of skilled product managers and tech experts to harness Big Data and AI technologies to deliver an innovative roadmap.
Outside of the office, Ben likes to kitesurf, snowboard, and taste wines from Burgundy – his homeland.
Felix is in charge of building and coordinating a team of brilliant software engineers, infrastructure wizards, data scientists, and QA specialists. With the help of his team, he ensures the delivery of Synthesio’s product vision and the highest quality standard for our applications.
Felix has over 10 years of experience writing and designing software architecture. His hobbies include singing, playing the guitar, movies, and tabletop roleplaying games.
Karine brings 23 years of experience in providing clients with the latest methods, tools, and expertise to better seize the power of (digital) technology and data. Her 7+ years spent managing IT services companies and partnering with software vendors give her a deep understanding of client challenges, technical needs, and decision processes.
Karine is a mother of 3 and a lover of Italy, pop rock music, and travel – all of that preferably shared with friends.
Lena Gilchrist leads Ipsos Synthesio’s global syndicated solutions. Lena has more than 30 years of experience in the insight industry, first as a country manager for Ipsos Sweden and later as a part of the Client Organization in Ipsos, leading relationships with some of our large clients. Lena focuses on bringing actionable and in-depth understandings of consumers needs and trends, as well as strong brand-building, to our global clients.
Sara is a pragmatic, results-oriented finance professional with diverse international experience in the research, media, and travel industries. In addition to Ipsos Synthesio, Sara is also CFO of Ipsos.Digital and the Ipsos Observer Service Line, having worked for Ipsos for over 15 years.
In her spare time, Sara is an avid cricket fan, a member of a community choir, and treasurer of a local charity.
Wale has over two decades of managing global SaaS sales, directly through sales teams in EMEA, APAC, and NA, as well as through a distributed network of resellers. At Ipsos Synthesio, he is responsible for executing a global sales strategy – linking our clients to the growing potential that exists within the social media intelligence space. Wale is also the Global Head of Sales for Ipsos.Digital and Ipsos Observer.
In his spare time, Wale is an avid runner, landscape photographer, and together with his wife and two kids, a nutty Manchester United fan.
